Refund Policy – EPTA LABS

At EPTA LABS, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Finality

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will resolve the issue promptly.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will provide:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit (if a replacement is not available)

Lost or Stolen Packages

EPTA LABS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered):

  • Contact us and we will assist with a claim
  • Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis

International Orders & Customs

Customers are responsible for understanding their local import laws and regulations before placing an order.

EPTA LABS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If an international order is:

  • Seized by customs
  • Returned by customs
  • Not successfully delivered due to customs

We will provide a replacement shipment.

No refunds will be issued for international orders under any circumstances.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

If you need assistance, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not offered except in rare cases where:

  • An order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
  • A replacement cannot be provided

All refunds are issued at our discretion.
